Idyllic mountain restaurant in the village centre of Stoos

Our lively Restaurant Sternegg is located in the heart of Switzerland at approx. 1300 metres above sea level. It invites you to start the day on the Stoos or to enjoy the large sun terrace and the cosy winter garden after a long hike. The striking yellow restaurant is located just 100 metres from the top station of the Schwyz-Stoos funicular railway.

Here you can enjoy delicious dishes from our excellent kitchen in fine weather in summer or winter.

Regular opening hours 25 November 2024 to 23 March 2025: Sun-Thu 9am-6pm & Fri-Sat 9am-9.30pm. Daily opening hours under operating info.
